Having worked in finance for over 15 years, and focusing his attention on the recruitment sector since 2010, Lee joined Profiles Creative in 2017 to contribute to an exciting time of growth for the business, and the recruitment industry. He works to drive efficiency, and keep engagement high, believing firmly that a strong and developed support team is the backbone of a good sales business.

Overseeing the complete finance function, he is dedicated to delivering quality results consistently, working with his team to keep progressing the department and very much helped by the fact that he is probably a bit too fond of Excel!
