It’s June and Pride month is upon us with millions around the world celebrating LGBTQ+ communities.

As well as a time of celebration, the month is seen as an opportunity to learn about the history of the pride movement and push for greater equality.

So when exactly is Pride Month and how can you celebrate in the UK this year?

Pride Month is now celebrated every June with Pride Day celebrated each year on June 28.  This year, London's theme will be based on the values of Visibility, Unity and Equality - for all of our communities. There are a number of ways you can show your support, whether that involves attending parades, rallies, parties or demonstrations, posting on social media, or even just educating yourself.

Here at Profiles Creative we’re getting involved with the charity Stonewall, and are sending staff to take part in some of their fab workshops.  These workshops are great to gain insight into key LGBTQ+ inclusion topics, as well as learning and sharing ideas to create meaningful inclusion initiatives.

If you’re interested in attending one of these, or just seeing how you can get involved, you can find more information in the link below.
