Virgin Media has started the search for new marketing agencies by launching a review of its creative, direct and digital operations.

The communications firm has invited creative jobs providers Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R;, Rapier and Spike - which are all incumbents on the firm's accounts - to repitch for the business.

ISBA is being used to handle the pitching process, which the firm is carrying out in order to achieve better integration across its different campaigns.

"As we look to deliver an even more compelling and brilliantly simple consumer experience, we're keen to understand the benefits of a more integrated marketing and advertising approach," remarked Ashley Stockwell, executive director of brand and marketing for Virgin Media.

Last week, the company announced the launch of Virgin Media Business - a rebranding of its ntl:Telewest Business service.

The move means the business - which was known as ntl:Telewest before being relaunched as Virgin Media three years ago - has now disposed of all its Telewest branding.ADNFCR-2176-ID-19616236-ADNFCR
