Marketing Manager - 12 Month Contract

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager for a 12 month maternity cover.

My client is a leading name in the creative & ever-evolving contract furniture industry. With a focus on quality, sustainability and collaborative ingenuity, they aim to optimise spaces, inspire creativity and be trusted choice for those who seek enduring and impactful furnishings. 

This role involves working closely with senior management to identify strategic marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing plans for both European and EMEA education, workspace, healthcare & hospitality markets.

This is a hybrid role – 3 days in the City of London HQ.

The Role

• Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve strategic goals

• Proactively manage budgets for optimal return on investment

• Develop relationships with key affiliates, preferred partners, dealers and A&D to promote the brand and gather case studies and testimonials

• Oversee all aspects of content management

• Manage website content, including utilising Google Analytics for insights

• Drive email marketing campaigns

• Oversee social media channels

• Execute digital advertising, including display and PPC campaigns (via agency)

• Coordinate PR efforts

• Support new product and initiative launches with inspiring and timely marketing plans

• Oversee merchandise and direct mail campaigns

• Develop and maintain brochures and other marketing collateral

• Generate relevant reports and updates on the progress of measurable marketing activities

• Project manage the company’s participation in trade events, exhibitions, and awards

• Organise corporate and in-house events when appropriate

The Person

• At least 3 years of previous experience as a Marketing Manager – Ideally B2B, however B2C highly considered

• Proven experience in managing a small marketing team and mid-sized budgets

• Online experience with social forums and website

• Strong administration, organisational and team-working skills

• Exceptional copywriting skills: excellent command of English is essential

• Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop, Illustrator skills are desirable
